Can I even take a breath without God giving it to me...

Interesting couple of days.

So, yesterday I heard about this story.  That is so sad.  Any time something like this happens, it's sad, but there's just something about it happening to someone so well known... maybe it's just that people hear about it almost immediately and they identify with who it is.  I don't know.  Maybe I'm just making stuff up.

Baseball was good.  They won both games.  I aced my Algebra 2 semester test.  One more to go.

I have special music with Andrew this week.  I have no idea what I'm going to play.

  1. Actually, no. And that is a pretty intense thought. Makes me less inclined to waste them.

I keep thinking about their family. Did you write your letter?

You are bumming around with Em. I just got off the phone with you. You're funny. There are two full months between now and August, Mara.

From your last post - I absolutely LOVE my Mother's Day flowers. Lovelovelove. I love them just as much as when you used to bring me bouqets of weeds and "pretty" pieces of gravel from the driveway.

Remember when you had a "Rock Sale" when you were 5 or 6 years old? And before I knew what was happening you had made like $10 selling gravel that you picked up off the ground two feet away from your stand?

  2. Ya that is a pretty sad thing that happened. I never knew you had rock sales. That is funny ohh the things we do as little kids. 2 months till summer is over hopefully summer will go by slow. Hey we should go to a baseball game sometime that would be a blast.

  3. I think it has something to do with the way we vicariously live our lives through the lives and work of celebrities.

Hurrah! Algebra 2 was a good playmate, but I have been glad, all the same, to be free.

  4. Hi, Little Runner. You don't stink after you run even though you're sweaty. [/fyi]

My flowers are no more. *sniffle* But I have a cute container and a little card with girl writing.

Ian just now: Mom, I want to give stuff to the poor. I could save my money, buy stuff online and then give it to them. I could draw pictures for them. I could give them a dollar. They could use it for bread.

Soooooo...who's gonna watch a movie with you?

    Henry Higgins is a jerk.

    EUCHRE! NOW!
